Integral Technologies, Inc. ("Integral," the "Company" or the "Registrant") is a development stage company, incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on February 12, 1996. To date, we have expended resources on the research and development of several different types of technologies.
Presently, we are focusing substantially all of our resources on the researching, developing and commercializing of our ElectriPlast technology, which is comprised of over 100 applications. In addition, we apply a significant portion of our resources to the protection of our intellectual property through patent filings. To date, we have not realized any revenue from our efforts. We expect to derive future revenues from the sale of ElectriPlast materials and/or fees from licensing ElectriPlast technologies to third-party manufacturers.
