(the "Company") was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on November 6, 1998, under the name "e.Deal.net, Inc.", with an authorized capital of 100,000,000 shares of common stock, par value of $0.001 per share, and 1,000,000 preferred stock, par value of $0.01. On June 20, 2005, the Company amended its Articles of Incorporation to effect a change of name to International Energy, Inc.
