Itonis, Inc. is an Orange County, California based holding company. We were established in 2005 and are currently undergoing a company-wide transformation in 2011 to embark upon an aggressive acquisition plan to purchase high growth entrepreneurial companies that have established themselves, or are expected to establish themselves as leaders in various market niches. The company has relocated its headquarter offices to Orange County, CA in order to invigorate its operations and to implement company growth plans. A newly formed executive management team has been put in place, along with the appointment of a new board of directors. The transition is well underway.
