We operate our business exclusively through our direct and indirect subsidiaries, including ISP Opco Holdings Inc., ISP Chemicals Inc., ISP Technologies Inc., ISP Van Dyk Inc., ISP Fine Chemicals Inc., ISP Freetown Fine Chemicals Inc. and ISP Alginates Inc.
