(a) General Development of Business. Best of America Corporation, formerly Unlimited Frontiers Organization, Inc. (the "Company") was incorporated under the laws of Colorado on April 1, 1988. Previously, the Company's sole operating purpose was the acquisition of interests and business opportunities of others by the use of some of the proceeds from its prior public offering, an exchange of shares with entities which desire to employ the Company's status as a public corporation or a combination of these means.
