Java Express, Inc. was incorporated on December 14, 2001 under the laws of the State of Nevada for the purpose of selling coffee and other related items to the general public from retail coffee shop locations.

From April through July of 2003, we conducted a limited offering in the State of Nevada pursuant to the exemption provided for under Section 3(b), Regulation D, Rule 504 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended and in accordance with the Nevada Revised Statutes.
