Jurak Corporation World Wide, Inc. was incorporated under the laws of the State of Minnesota on November 1, 1997. In this Annual Report, the terms "Company", "us", "we", "our" and "its" are used as references to Jurak Corporation World Wide, Inc. We develop and distribute dietary herbal supplement products.
