K2 Digital, Inc. (the "Company" or "K2") was founded in 1993 as a general partnership and initially operated a traditional graphic design business. In August 1994, the Company shifted its principal business to Web site design and creation. Thereafter, the Company incorporated as a Delaware corporation. After the Company's initial public offering on July 26, 1996, the Company began to develop its business as a full-service digital professional services company. The Company historically provided consulting and development services including analysis, planning, systems design, creative and implementation.
