KIK Technology International, Inc. (KTII) was incorporated on February 1, 2000 under the laws of the State of California as Russian-Imports.com. Russian-Imports.com was initially founded to develop an internet e-commerce website which would sell handmade lacquer boxes, Matroshka dolls and crystal imported from Russia. This business plan was unsuccessful and subsequently terminated.
