Killbuck Bancshares, Inc. was incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio on November 29, 1991 at the direction of management of the Killbuck Savings Bank Company for the purpose of becoming a bank holding company by acquiring all of the outstanding shares of the Bank. In November 1992, the Company became the sole shareholder of the Bank. The Bank carries on business under the name “The Killbuck Savings Bank Company.” The principal office of the Company is located at 165 N. Main Street, Killbuck, Ohio. The Killbuck Savings Bank Company was established under the banking laws of the State of Ohio in September, 1900.
