ORGANIZATIONAL HISTORY

Science Dynamics Corporation (referred to as the "Company," "we," "us," and "our" throughout this report) was incorporated in the State of Delaware in May 1973 and began operations in July 1977. We have been developing and delivering technologically advanced telecommunication solutions for over 25 years.
