The Company's business model focuses in part on the acquisition and development of viable subsidiaries. On December 31, 2005, the Company purchased MCR Printing and Packaging Corporation, and during the first quarter of 2006 has divested itself of its only non-profitable subsidiary along with its entire $1.6 million in debt, and announced the impending launch of Packaging City.

The Company's current subsidiaries are MCR Printing and Packaging Corporation ("MCR") and Corporate Media Solutions, Inc. ("CMS").
