Madison Explorations, Inc. was incorporated on June 15, 1998 under the laws of the State of Nevada to engage in any lawful corporate activity. We have incorporated one wholly owned subsidiary named Scout Resources, Inc. to conduct our Canadian exploration activities and for us to be in compliance with local law that requires a domestic Canadian corporation to conduct local exploration activities. Both Madison Explorations, Inc. and Scout Resources, Inc. will be sometimes referred to collectively as the "Company."
