In March 1987, the Company completed a public offering of 20,000,000 shares of common stock raising net proceeds of approximately $171,000. * Subsequently, in November 1991, the Company, in connection with a merger with an operating company, changed its name to UNIX Source America, Inc. and effected a 1-for-20 reverse stock split of its common stock. The operations of the merged companies proved unsuccessful and the Company ceased such business operations in 1992.
