The MarkWest Hydrocarbon Midstream Business included natural gas gathering and processing assets and NGL transportation, fractionation and storage assets.  We are a master limited partnership engaged in the gathering, transportation and processing of natural gas; the transportation, fractionation and storage of NGLs; and the gathering and transportation of crude oil.
