We were incorporated on December 1, 2000 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Novogen Limited, an Australian company. Novogen’s ordinary shares trade on the Australian Stock Exchange under the symbol “NRT,” and American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) trade in the United States under the symbol “NVGN” on the Nasdaq Global Market. As at the date of this report Novogen owns approximately 78.1% of our outstanding common stock.
