Our president, Lori Bolton, has agreed to lend us funds in order to complete this exploration phase, as well as future expenses. She has agreed to loan up to $150,000 to us from time to time upon our request in order to fund operations. Amounts loaned will be unsecured, will bear simple interest of 10% per annum and will be payable upon demand.
