The Meridian Resource Corporation ("Meridian" or the "Company") is an independent oil and natural gas company that explores for, acquires and develops oil and natural gas properties utilizing 3-D seismic technology. Our operations have historically focused on the onshore oil and natural gas regions in south Louisiana, the Texas Gulf Coast and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico.
