It originates mortgage revenue bonds, which are issued by state and local governments or their agencies or authorities to finance multifamily housing; and other bonds primarily municipal bonds issued by community development districts or other municipal issuers to finance the development of community infrastructure supporting single-family housing and mixed-use and commercial developments, such as storm water management systems, roads, and community recreational facilities. The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.
