Murray United Development Corporation (sometimes referred to in this Report as the "Company") is a development stage company that was formed under Delaware law on October 13, 1987 to exploit commercially an internal combustion engine (referred to in this Report as the "Rotorcam Engine") that would run on fuels other than gasoline, that would have significantly fewer parts, and that would be lighter and operate more efficiently than conventional internal combustion engines.
