General Description

NASB Financial, Inc. (the "Company") was formed in 1998 as a unitary thrift holding company of North American Savings Bank, F.S.B. ("North American" or the "Bank"). The Bank is a federally chartered stock savings bank, with its headquarters in the Kansas City area. The Bank began operating in 1927, and became a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines ("FHLB") in 1940. Its customer deposit accounts are insured by the Deposit Insurance Fund ("DIF"), a division of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC").
