Segment

We are principally engaged in one line of business; namely, the manufacturing and marketing of nutritional and personal care products.  The Company has two operating business segments that operate under the Nature’s Sunshine Products name and are based on geographic operations: a United States segment and an international segment.  The Company’s third operating business segment operates under the Synergy Worldwide name.  The segments have similar business characteristics and each offers similar products through similar methods of distribution.
