We were incorporated as a Delaware corporation on March 12, 1999, as GIBC, Inc. and changed our name to “Nexity Financial Corporation” on March 26, 1999.

We operate a wholly-owned subsidiary bank, Nexity Bank, which is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama with additional correspondent banking offices in Atlanta, Georgia; Myrtle Beach and Columbia, South Carolina; Dallas, Texas; and Winston Salem, North Carolina.
