We are a natural resource exploration and production company currently engaged in the exploration, acquisition and development of properties in the United States and within North America. During fiscal year ended March 31, 2008, our primary activity and focus was our option to acquire a 90% interest in the Cade mineral claim located in Lillooet Mining Division of British Columbia (the "Cade Mineral Claim"). On December 31, 2007, our interest in the Cade Mineral Claim lapsed due to our inability to incur minimum exploration expenditures on the Cade Mineral Claim.
