Northwest Bancorporation, Inc. was incorporated as a Washington corporation on December 10, 1991. Effective June 10, 1993, the Company became the bank holding company parent of Inland Northwest Bank (the “Bank”) by acquiring all the outstanding shares of common stock of the Bank in exchange for an equal number of shares of common stock of the Company. The Bank commenced operations on October 2, 1989 as a Washington state-chartered commercial bank. The Bank operates eight branch offices in Washington and two branches in Idaho; both states allow for statewide branching
