Company Background

NOXSO Corporation (the "Company") was incorporated in Virginia on August 28, 1979. Until June 1997, the Company was principally engaged in developing, testing, and marketing a dry post-combustion emission control technology process which used a regenerable sorbent to remove a high percentage of the pollutants which cause "acid rain" and ground level ozone from flue gas generated by burning fossil fuel.
