When NutraFlora(R) was introduced, the reformulation included a much higher level of whey protein concentrate. Whey concentrate that has been credited with bringing increased physical performance, building and repairing muscle tissue, cardiovascular health, and immune defense. The reformulation also eliminates hi-fructose corn syrup and reduces the calories per 8 ounce serving from 70 to 45.
