Corporation (referred to as "the Company," "we," "our" or "us") was organized in 1963, in accordance with the Business Corporation Act of the State of Oklahoma, as Clinical Development Corporation, a builder of medical and research laboratories. In 1969, the Company moved from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to College Station, Texas, and the Company's name was changed to Oceanography International Corporation. The Company's name was changed to O.I.
