Originally incorporated in 1985, as Network Information Services, Inc., Network Systems International, Inc. ("NESI"), a Nevada corporation, was the surviving corporation of a reverse merger completed in April 1996. The Company became a publicly traded entity in connection with the re-organization. On July 10, 1998, the Company's stock was officially approved for listing on the NASDAQ Small Cap market and the Company's common stock began trading on NASDAQ Small Cap under the symbol NESI.
