Our primary goal is to become a leader in the production, marketing and sale of ethanol and other renewable fuels in the Western United States.

Through our wholly-owned subsidiary, Kinergy Marketing, LLC, or Kinergy, we are currently engaged in the business of marketing ethanol in the Western United States. We provide transportation, storage and delivery of ethanol through third-party service providers. We sell ethanol primarily in California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington and Oregon and have extensive customer relationships throughout the Western United States and extensive supplier relationships throughout the Western and Midwestern United...
