Parkvale Financial Corporation ("PFC") is a unitary savings and loan holding company incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Its main operating subsidiary is Parkvale Savings Bank (the "Bank"), which is a Pennsylvania chartered permanent reserve fund stock savings bank headquartered in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. PFC and its subsidiaries are collectively referred to herein as "Parkvale".
