Petrominerals Corporation (Petrominerals or the Company), a Delaware Corporation formed in 1966, has been engaged in oil and gas exploration, drilling, production and other oil industry - related businesses. At various times in the past, the Company has merged with and acquired several companies engaged in similar activities. The common stock of Petrominerals is currently trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.

In April 1998 substantially all of the Company's oil and gas properties were sold to an unrelated entity.
