Plan A Promotions, Inc. (the "Company" or "Plan A Promotions") was incorporated under the laws of the State of Utah on December 12, 2003, as "Lostwood Professional Services, Inc." On July 21, 2004, the Company changed its name to "Plan A Promotions, Inc.," Copies of the Company's Articles of Incorporation, Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws are attached hereto and are incorporated herein by reference.
