Leadpoint Consolidated Mines Company ("Company") was originally incorporated on November 13, 1947 under the laws of the State of Washington under the name Silver Mountain Mining Company. On August 20, 1979 the Articles of Incorporation were amended to change the name to Leadpoint Consolidated Mines Company.
