The terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, D.C. on September 11, 2001 appear to be having an adverse effect on business, financial and general economic conditions. These effects, in turn, appear to be having an adverse effect on our business and results of operations. At this time, however, we are not able to predict the nature, extent and duration of these effects on overall economic conditions or on our business and operating results.
