Through April 2002, the Company operated psnw.com, a full-service Internet service provider with primary offices in Fresno, California. psnw.com provides three types of services to business customers:

1. reselling high-speed Internet access via ADSL/SDSL;
2. Web design, development and hosting services; and
3. outsourced technical support for other ISPs.
