Despite competition amongst silver and gold producers, there is a strong market for any silver or gold that is removed from the Upper Ross Lake property. While it is unlikely that we will discover a mineral deposit on the property, if we do, the value of the property will be influenced by the market prices for silver and gold. These prices, to some degree, are influenced by the amount of silver and gold sold by advanced stage production companies.
