On November 15, 2006, we completed the acquisition of Radiologix, Inc. Radiologix, a Delaware corporation, employing approximately 2,200 people, through its subsidiaries, was a national provider of diagnostic imaging services through the ownership and operation of freestanding, outpatient diagnostic imaging centers.
