The Company was incorporated in the state of Nevada on March 17, 1999 and has been subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act since August 1999. From the Company's inception until September 4, 2001, the Company had designed, developed, marketed, and supported digital imaging software for the dental industry. The Company designed and developed its software products specifically for the use of dentists with a user-friendly interface that integrated with a variety of hardware image-capture devices, including digital cameras, intra-oral cameras, scanners digital x-ray devices and video microscopes.
