Company History

Reliant Home Warranty Corporation ("the Company") was incorporated in the State of Florida on December 18, 1995 as Ronden Vending Corp. On December 24, 1996, the Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary called Ronden Acquisition, Inc., a Florida corporation. Ronden Acquisition, Inc then merged with Video Home Shopping, Inc., (a Tennessee corporation), and Ronden Acquisition, Inc. was the surviving Florida Corporation.
