Response Oncology, Inc. and its wholly-owned and majority-owned subsidiaries (the “Company”) was, prior to the events described below, a comprehensive cancer management company. As of May 20, 2002, the Company has liquidated substantially all of its operating assets and anticipates that the remaining assets will be liquidated and all wind-down activities completed by the end of 2002.
