     Scott’s Liquid Gold-Inc., a Colorado corporation, was incorporated on February 15, 1954. Through our wholly-owned subsidiaries, we manufacture and market quality household and skin care products and act as a distributor in the United States of beauty care products contained in individual sachets and manufactured by Montagne Jeunesse. In this Report, collectively, the terms “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Scott’s Liquid Gold-Inc. and our subsidiaries.
