On August 8, 1998, SNB acquired a 100 percent interest in Crossroads Bancshares, Inc., the parent holding company of Security Bank of Houston County (formerly Crossroads Bank of Georgia) ("SB-Houston") in Perry and Warner Robins, Georgia. The two
companies merged in a pooling of interests stock swap transaction and, accordingly, all prior financial information shown below has been restated as if this business combination had always existed. The parent company of SB-Houston was subsequently
dissolved. SB-Houston now operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of SNB.
