We are a start-up, exploration stage company engaged in the search and exploration of lithium and related minerals; There is no assurance a commercially viable mineral deposit exists on any of our properties. Further exploration will be required before a final evaluation as to the economic and legal feasibility of our claims is determined. We have not yet generated or realized any revenues from our business operations.
