We are a development stage company, and our business is to market, sell and support financial software products. We plan to become an introducer or agent of financial software products developed by international software developers around the globe. We are currently an introducer of a financial software product (as described below), and we may or may not become the introducer or agent of other financial software products. Our executive office is located at Room 1901-02, Lucky Building, 39 Wellington Street, Central, Hong Kong.
