Speizman Industries, Inc. ("Speizman Industries" or "the Company") is a distributor of specialized commercial industrial machinery, parts and equipment. The Company operates primarily in two segments, textiles and laundry. In the textile segment, the Company distributes sock-knitting machines, other knitting equipment, automated boarding, finishing and packaging equipment, and related parts used in the sock industry.
