History

The Company began operations in 1987 in association with a large privately held engineering firm. In 1992, the Company became independent of the engineering firm in conjunction with a capital infusion from a private investment group. From 1992 through 2000, the Company devoted a substantial amount of resources and capital to enhancing its technical capability and services offerings, hiring and training key personnel and expanding its client base. Beginning in 2001, however, the Company began experiencing a downturn in its business, which has resulted in operating losses and working capital shortages.
