The Company's wholly-owned subsidiaries include TelePlus Connect, Corp., a competitive local exchange carrier ("CLEC"), which provides landline, long distance and Internet services in Canada under the "Telizon", "Freedom", "Avenue" and Liberty brands; and Liberty Wireless, Corp., which operates a virtual wireless network ("MVNO") selling cellular network access to consumers and distributors in the United States under the "Liberty Wireless" and "MX Mobile" brand names.
