(a) Business Development

ECOS Group, Inc. (the "Company") is a Florida corporation, which has been in the environmental business since 1993. In January 1993, CBLX Holdings, Inc., a Colorado corporation, purchased Evans Environmental Corp., a Florida corporation, in a reverse merger acquisition. Following the merger, the name of CBLX Holdings, Inc. was changed to Evans Environmental Corp. ("Evans Environmental").
