Titanium
Metals Corporation was formed in 1950 and was incorporated in Delaware in 1955.
Unless otherwise indicated, references in this report to “we”, “us” or “our”
refer to TIMET and its subsidiaries, taken as a whole. We are one of the world’s
leading producers of titanium melted and mill products. We are the only producer
with major titanium production facilities in both the United States and Europe,
the world’s principal markets for titanium consumption. We are currently the
largest producer of titanium sponge, a key raw material, in the United
States.
